Hello! I’m Lay Hiang, graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) in Visual Communication from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Coming to the 11th year in the industry, I started my career as an in-house designer and later take on an Art Director role in a design agency.

I’m a perfectionist. I believe in ‘doing things right’ and not cutting corners. A good designer should be able to role play several characters: a leader who shares a vision, a marketer who knows how to strategise, and a good problem solver when all the above fail.

What motivates me? I guess being curious and paying attention to the daily life continue to drive me forward.
