I&#8217;m Lay Hiang, graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) in Visual Communication from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 110%; line-height: 25px;\">Coming to the 11th year in the industry, I started my career as an in-house designer and later take on an Art Director role in a design agency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 110%; line-height: 25px;\">I&#8217;m a perfectionist. I believe in &#8216;doing things right&#8217; and not cutting corners. A good designer should be able to role play several characters: a leader who shares a vision, a marketer who knows how to strategise, and a good problem solver when all the above fail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 110%; line-height: 25px;\">What motivates me?
